25th anniversary + 20th anniversary
Today 25 years ago Johnny Logan won the Eurovision Song Contest with Hold Me Now, and 20 years ago Linda Martin won with Why Me, written by Johnny Logan, and for that occasion I have made a little video, Congratulations to Johnny Logan.

25 years with Hold Me Now
25 years ago on this date Johnny Logan won the ESC national final in Ireland, the Irish Final was held on March 8th at The Gaiety Theatre in Dublin, and was hosted by Marty Whelan and Maxi (who represented Ireland in ESC 1973 & 1981). Hold Me Now was chosen by the votes of an "expert" jury, one of them was Linda Martin who represented Ireland in ESC 1984, with Terminal 3 written by Johnny Logan.
